Thank you for this nice issue tracking system.
Below there are some things which I think can be improved
- subcategories would be nice, e.g. you have a project with a frontend and backend and want to split the issues
- I don't know what is the difference between 'solved' and 'closed' (I'm using the german translation, so the original strings might be named differently). I suggest something like 'open', 'solved', 'won't fix' as default
- a button that immediately puts a ticket to solved could be nice. for now i have to go to attributes, choose 'solved' from the dropdown and click save. is much effort for such a small task :)
- the windows frontend looks overloaded and some stuff that you regularly use is hidden by default (e.g. edit attributes'). I prefer something like 'keep it simple' and hide the extended stuff somewhere.
- the windows client should save server and credentials directly after setting it up. I think on a crash (not related to webissues) it is lost.
- maybe put a hint somewhere that the window close button (X) just minimizes it to traybar. very usefull :)

I agree with the first sugestion. A subcategories would be nice. And if possible subtasks or link between tasks
