Clear Database (Delete All Issues)

Hi All,

I have been using WebIssues in a "Test" environment, setting up alerts and views etc and i want to "clear the deck" and wipe all tasks and start from scratch but keeping the project types/views/alerts etc

is there an easy way to truncate all tasks from the database?

There is no easy way to do that. You would have to remove all data from the issues table and all related tables: attr_values, comments, etc. If you use the desktop client, you should also change the server UUID, otherwise some data will remain in the client cache.
