is possible simple change issue type, when is received by email and saved into default requests folder ?
I wish change received type from Request to Problem for example

No, currently it's not possilbe to change the type of an issue, though this was requested before, so it could be implemented in the future.
By the way, at the moment WebIssues is under very active development and version 2.0 will be released within a few months.
