I successfully running v1.1 beta2. before enabling inbox and subscription features, I need clarification on how it works on attachment saved in database or server.
example: A user having direct access to server can create and assign an issue with an attachment to B user who doesn't have direct access. how B can view the attachment, any possibility to attach it as a file (not like url) in initial notification,

In beta2 only authenticated users can download attachments, but in the final version anonymous access to selected projects will also be implemented.
