Failed to access the service (WebIssues unexpected error)

Hi

I need your help. I have long running WebIssues portal. Late yesterday afternoon I reported a problem. When trying to access the service showed an error indicating (unexpected error).

Has not generated any changes at the server level. Whereupon understand that something is damaged.

How I can check the boot errors?

Currently I have installed the system with the following requirements:

Ubuntu 12.10
WebIssues 1.1.2

Can you give me some more details about the error? Where does it appear?

The error is displayed in the login screen. Assistant to catch what you can see in detail.

Since I could solve the problem. Anyway, thank you very much. Finally I was able to activate the logger and view the error.

Apparently, due to some update had uninstalled the php5_mysqli package. Therefore it could not connect.
