I need your help. I have long running WebIssues portal. Late yesterday afternoon I reported a problem. When trying to access the service showed an error indicating (unexpected error).

Has not generated any changes at the server level. Whereupon understand that something is damaged.

How I can check the boot errors?

Currently I have installed the system with the following requirements:

Ubuntu 12.10
WebIssues 1.1.2

When I was using WebIssues client the other day the three panel view switched to single pane view of its own accord. I am not able to dock the popup windows back into the three panel view and I have not been able to find a setting to change this back. I have looked in the manual but not been able to find any guidance on this.

I have tried re-installing the webissues client with no success.

I can not load a folder from 3 different pc, I always get the same message:
The view could not be updated: the server returned an invalidate response.

These computers are windows 7, this newly formatted

what is happening?
how I can solve it?

First, I've got to say that WebIssues is an outstanding application. Job VERY WELL done!!

I am trying to generate a report of all issues that are active, including the attributes, as well as the Description and all the Comments for the issues. Is there any documentation that displays the relationship between the various tables in WebIssues, specifically how to extract all the Comments for any given issue?

I'm getting this error when the cron runs on email, an ideas where to start to correct this issue?
