I have just started working with WI, but so far it looks pretty great. Now I'm using the newest version from the 0.9 branch, and I'm going to upgrade to 1.0 as soon as it becomes more mature.

So far there is only one thing I'm concerned about - is there any tool in v. 0.9.6 allowing to find (or filter) issues containing selected word or phrase in the *comments* fields? It seems that the filters allow to search everything else, but not this?

I'm looking to a way to protect a field. I have created a trigger that will fill automatically the field in question but I don't want to allow a user to modify this entry.
Just asking in case of anyone has already solved a similar issue :)

thumbs up for a beautiful application, that so far far never failed in my environment!

I'm wondering if it's possible to accomplish some kind of bulk import.

In example firing a sequence of sql statements via ODBC towards the WebIssues server (which in my case is 0.9.7) to have it generate a new issue an then setting the fields.
Another possibility could be to wrap the server code with a php script of my own. What would be the correct calling sequence?

I already started with an Issue Tracker, connected to my userdatabase from my original website, where I want to use my issue tracker.

I noticed, it isn't that hard to add a new issue, comment or something else to the database.

Tomorrow, or this week, I'll try to make a system that's based on charts and things like that, and I'll integrate it in my live website, ...
I'll keep you guys posted.
