how to host in iis 7

I installed a server instance without problems. This instance is accessible by browser and https: // (safari, firefox, chrome, opera). I then installed the WebIssues client and the connection to the server is refused: "a secure connection could not be established". If anyone could tell me what to change to allow this connection. I use WebIssues for after-sales service in my company. But i want to improve it.

I saw that we can't edit WebIssues' source code (php/javascript).

I just want to know if someone can contact me in order to talk about my request.

(French could be good, like you can see i'm bad in English but it can work too)

I look for a solution to connect to AD LDAP with version 1.1.5 of WebIssue . I tried with this script in https://webissues.mimec.org/forum/tracker/2012-03-05/ldap-or-active-directory-integration but after logging in there's answer about wrong login or password .. It is running on Xampp Apache/2.4.38, MySQL 5.5.5 , version PHP 7.3.2 with uncommented ldap in php.ini.

Have you any ideas ?
