I have been using WebIssues in a "Test" environment, setting up alerts and views etc and i want to "clear the deck" and wipe all tasks and start from scratch but keeping the project types/views/alerts etc
is there an easy way to truncate all tasks from the database?

Is it possible (for an admin) to manage the subscriber list of a specific issue?

A few user had been created with uppercase letters, and the login is case sensitive, which obviously causes some problems for user to log in.
1. Is it possible to modify a login?
2. Is it possible to make login not case sensitive?

When I [Add Issues] I see most field (including custom ones), but the field [Assigned to] is not shown.
The field [Assigned to] is however included in Default View and the view selected in Initial View. It is even a mandatory field.
