Fantastic tool, thank you for the work!

We are using this for some critical project tracking data storage. It would be a huge set back if something should happen to the Database. The server is running on a VM, I have preformed windows image backups of the environment but I would like to know if another method is preferred. What files would need to be copied if I wanted to duplicate the settings and database information. I want to be 100% sure I can stand this up on a new VM should something crash or become corrupt.

First, I love this tool! I have been searching for something like this for a long time and am very excited to have finally found something that meets my needs. The Windows client application makes this utility stand above the rest.

With that said, I have several questions about functionality. If these are not possible currently, please consider this a request for enhancements.

how do i set up an issue so that i can assign it to a user and get the email to go to them so they are notified?

just playing with webissues for bug tracking.

how do you get the severity field to appear on screen? i've tried everything but the add issue option just doesn't display anything like what the manual says.
