Send email notifications per project?

I've read the documentation but am unable to find this as a feature. I'm looking for a replacement for our current ticket software, and have specific requirements. Before I dismiss WebIssues as an option, I want to ask here.

Is it possible to set up email notifications to specific users per project for all new issues and all comments to those issues? (Assuming the user hasn't changed their settings not to receive notifications or removed themselves from notifications on an issue.)

Move installation to 2003 server and different database?

Hello,

maybe you can help met out. I have a test installation on a Windows XP which has become production. It is an Apache/MySql/PHP local installation.

Now I would like to move this installation with its data etc to a Windows 2003 server using a seperate SQL 2005 server.

I would like to know what the steps would be to do this.

Sub Folders?

I've been using WebIssues for about a month now and it's fantastic. It's pretty darn close to exactly what I'm looking for while tracking punch list items and resolutions through to completion on a VERY large project.

Is there a way to create sub folders within the folder under each project? i.e. Main Project --> Project Folder --> Sub Folder --> Sub-Sub Folder.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION

Good day,

I am really amazed with this software. Well engineered.

I just have a concerned about email notification, the cron job seems not to running. I have activated the cronjob on our server (centOS) and I already activated the mbstring but still not working perferctly.

I guess my question is.. do I have to do something with the job.php file? Do I need to edit something in it?

I did specify the email address of the server(admin). I also added alerts, specify email address under notification on the user account.

I have I done wrong?

Translation issue

Hi All,
I just installed WebIssues 1.0.5 server and client.
Everything was ok unless the client portuguese translation that doesn´t show up after config to use it.
I went to /translations's directory on client installation and could see webissue_pt_BR.qm file but not qt_pt_BR.qm.
Is this the motive I am not be able to get on client brazilian portuguese?
What should I do in order to get it up and running?
Any help will be great.
