My company uses Gmail as it's mail client. I tried setting it up with my company issue email account information and it is not working. Can I get some guidance on this?
I am setting this up using the custom SMTP server option, using myaddress@company.com
SMTP Server setting:
smtp.gmail.com
465
SSL
myaddress@company.com
password
I get a SMTP Error: Could not authenticate error. Is there a setting on IIS that maybe stopping this?
I have WebIssues installed on another server and need to setup a new server with WebIssues. My need to make sure to move the whole database over that web issues is connected to. Are there steps to do this?
What is the the recommended method of doing this?

Is it possible to add issues to the Desktop Client while offline, and that it syncs as soon as it goes online.
I'm working with control systems programming I am onsite somtimes when internet connection has not been installed yet and where mobile coverage is not the best...

Just installed the 1.1 beta2 version on a MySQL (DB2 version, Server version: 5.1.59) to give it a try on our IBM i server. We're running a ZendServer for PHP (5.3.14) and are having an issue with the attributes definitions. (While accessing Issues Types from the administration panel for instance)
I am trying to install the server on remote DB, the problem is that due to the restriction on character count I am not able to install the same. Is there a way that I can do the same as my DB hostname size is 42 character.
