I really can not setup ougoting mails (notificications) to users
Cron job works.

when i made a new issue, notifications was sent just to admin, not to user.

pls help to solve that

Hi,

We are using your great product. I find you have released later versions and now have a web client too as a bonus! I would like to implement that. However, since we are using this for over a year now we have lots of projects and issues in the system that I cant loose. So is there a documentation of steps that I can follow to properly upgrade to the latest version?
