I have two mysql servers that run on my dedicated server. They both run on different ports and able to connect with mysql workbench and navicat. The installer for webissues doesnt work as I believe it might be getting confused or something. I have tried making a database on both mysql servers with the same user and everything. This does not work either.

Is there a way I can specify a port for the webissues to use?

Is possible configure a read-only user?

We have tried to install webissues and got errors. This has been tried more than once. Can you help??

Is it possible with the current version (1.0.3) to setup alerts so that if a case is assigned to a user that user get emailed?

I know if they are setup to receive alerts for a folder they will get an email, but, so will everybody else who has alerts setup.

I want to be able to alert a user that they have a case assigned to them, or has changed but don't want to email everyone else as it doesn't concern them.

I know you can edit types, but once you have assigned a type to a folder I don't see a way to edit the type assigned to that folder.
