General discussion and support

Hi all,

Downloaded WebIssues today and was going to install it on my server that runs FreeBSD. When I try to access the admin/setup/install.php script I get error 500. I do not have this in the document root on the server, rather in a subfolder (called tracker) My admin is taking a look at this as we discovered that the myslqi module is not listed as running when I do a phpinfo() but is listed as running on the server. That may be the issue, but if anyone has an idea, I would welcome some help:)

I keep getting an Unexpected Error upon submission of an issue or when I try to view an issue:

The event log has the following entry:

connection can not be opened, you do not have permission to access the requested url
I tried put http://www.site.com/webissues/server/webissues/handler.php
but the problem persists

WebIssue installation done.
But I still have some configuration problem!

I try to define Email Settings to configure sending emails.
The second step is to set up a recurring task which will send the notifications.
set up Cron job configuration done but Cron job still not running!!

Why notification still not working?

Can i change bug configuration display?

I mean --> When i click on some bug i see display below
I don't want to see all display data
Can i change it?
