I want to add issues to Webissues from an application written in PHP. I want to login from that application, and add a new issue, without the login page of Webissues. I know I have to use the API but as I have some problem making it works, I am wondering if someone has written a simple ( and sample) code to make that.

Hi all,
I'd like to ask if there is a possibility to search key words not only in issues names or only in description.
It would be much convienient to search everywhere in one step, i.e. in names, descriptions, comments etc.

Is it possible to change any function by myself to be able to search the content this way?
Could you tell me where the searching function is?

Can i know how to set SLA (service level agreement) for a particular issue with respective to login time automatically,
ex: if my SLA time starts at 8 am to 6 pm for a particular issue type with a SLA period of 15 Hours target,
when i raised an issue at 8am today, the system should trigger expected resolution time as 1 pm of following working day,

I would like to know how delete a user. In Administration Panel > User accounts I only can enabled or disabled access.
In my case I would like delete permanently a user.
