I install webissue web and in view i cannot have this field available:

Assigned To Status Severity

Can somebody tell me why? Tank you.

Installed 1.02 in ubuntu 12, connected to server and displayed main window without a problem. Changed tray setting and not to show window on startup. Here is the problem. Tray icon shows up and clicking on it doesn't show the main window, "Go to item" from tray menu, dialog closes like it found item but main window doesn't display. Where on the file system are the config files located so I can set it back to normal show window on startup?

I tried two hosting and still couldn't setup WebIssues server.
On my first hosting I went to the second step and received error
"Database does not support InnoDB storage which is required by WebIssues Server."
I don't know how to fix it, googled and found out that InnoDB is included in PHP from 5.5 version.
I tried find other free hosting which should support InnoDB, but then I stopped on the first step with error
Cannot access directory '***/data/sites/default'.
Why? Should I create this directory manually? Please help.

Is it possible to configure WebIssues to use external authentication from apache?.
