Company Size? How's WebIssues working for you?

Submitted by Frank on

Hi all,

We are looking to roll out WebIssues within a company about 130 people strong. We will be using it as an incident management tool, but also track bugs, projects, and host a discussion board. I am thinking we might max out at 50-75 thousand tickets per year, but that number could greatly increase. I have a few questions please:
How many tickets per year do you generate?
What capacity are you using the system in?
Any service degradation?
Is the app holding up? (any differences between the web option and the desktop agent?)

Can WebIssues work with PHP 5.1?

Submitted by dollarb on

I have a client that wants to use a tracking system and after installing WebIssues on my own server and playing with it I think it is a great solution for their needs. However, the client's current web host has PHP 5.1 installed and they refuse to upgrade to 5.2 at this time. My client does not want to move from this host so my question is can WebIssues be made to work with PHP 5.1.6 instead of 5.2?
